U.S. Court of Appeals - 6th Circuit to Hear KY, MI, OH & TN Marriage Cases

The U.S. Court of Appeals of the 6th Circuit announced that oral arguments in all of the cases — challenges to bans on same-sex couples’ marriages or recognition of those marriages in each state in the circuit — are set for 1 p.m. August 6 in Cincinnati.
