Upcoming Notifications to watch out for:
Arist, Exhibitor, Performer and Vendor (herein Vendors) applications are now open! They will close in late January or early February or earlier if that section of the Festival gets full. Vendors must have a Japan, Japanese cultural or cherry blossom related presentation or booth. All Vendors are subject to approval by the NCBF Planning Committe. Volunteers are a big reason why this Festival has been so successful over the years. If you would like to volunteer at the 2018 Festival, just fill out the application below. Volunteers are provided with snacks, a piece of Festival merch to take home, and can receive community service hours for school.

Cosplay Contest applications will open in January or February and close in late March. Prizes and updated terms and conditions to be announced. See the website for details from last year as reference (terms subject to change):
